Alpha du Cap Guest House and Conference Venue Conference Facilities
Alpha du Cap Guest House offers an air-conditioned professional conference facility with all the latest state of the art equipment. A range of fully inclusive day packages are available to suit all types of budgets and requirements.

Venues
The conference room seats comfortably 16 delegates in a board room or u-shape style and up to 20 delegates in cinema style at spacious tables and comfortable high back chairs. Tables can be easily re-arranged for break-up sessions in groups of four delegates. The board room seats comfortably 6-8 delegates in a round table style. Fully equipped with telephone, fax, copy and internet connection, it and can be used as a temporary office alternatively .

Equipment
Our conference Room is equipped with data projector & screen, TV, Video & DVD with Surround Sound System, Flipchart & Pens, Whiteboard & Pens, Wireless Internet Connection. Optional: Speakerphone, Telephone, Video Conferencing, ADSL internet connection for up to 16 PC’s.

Catering
We offer a wide range of catering options for your function including
snacks, cocktail lunch, buffet or 3-course lunch and dinner, outdoor braai and pizza parties.

Functions
Our facilities are ideal for conferences, product launches, seminars and staff training, board meetings and consultations. Our out door facilities are ideal for year end functions, small weddings, birthday parties and other celebrations.

The conference facilities at Alpha du Cap Guest House are ideally located in the heart of Blouberg, in easy reach of Table View, Milnerton, Killarney Gardens, Montague Garden, Century City and only 20 min. from the V&A Waterfront and appr. 25 min. from Cape Town International Airport. Directions to Conference Venue
Directions from Cape Town International Airport: (also from Port Elizabeth/Garden Route (N2)
Take the N2 motorway towards Cape Town.
Approximately 12 kms after the airport take the exit 9 "M5 - North - direction: MILNERTON" (on left). Remain in the left lane and continue to
join the "N1 - direction: CAPE TOWN" (+/- 3 kms).
After +/- 2 kms take exit 4 "Paarden Island" towards "MILNERTON - TABLE VIEW - WEST COAST" (on left).
You are now on the coastal road Otto du Plessis - R27: follow it for approximately 12 kms.
You will pass on your right the Bayside Shopping Centre, turn left at the next traffic lights into Porterfield Road.
Take the first road left into Corlewis Road.
Take the first road right into Tritonia Road.
After appr. 500m, you will arrive on the left at the Alpha du Cap Guest House on 26 Tritonia.
