River Club Conference Centre Conference Venue
The River Club Conference Centre is a nine-function room facility ideal for corporate conferences, exhibitions and business events.

Congo Room : This stunning room was completed in January 2006. With large windows and ample natural light, the Congo Room is perfect for large banquets. Leading through to the brand new Zaire Room and spilling onto the verandah, overlooking the golf course, the entire upstairs section makes for a function venue with endless possibilities. The Congo Room accommodates 200 persons for a banquet, and varies in capacity depending on the particular requirements of the function. The Congo Room has a fully- equipped audiovisual specification, providing superlative sight and sound. With a capacity of 350 persons, cinema style, delegates are able to enjoy the benefits of a spacious room.

Zaire Room : Adjacent to the Congo, the Zaire Room serves as a breakaway room. It can be used as a boardroom or a buffet faciltiy leading out onto the verandah. It comfortably accommodates 10 persons as a boardroom. The covered verandah seats more than 50 people and is perfectly placed with pleasant views over the driving range and mashie course. Sheltered from the wind, with an outside bar, the verandah is proving extremely popular for arrival cocktail drinks and evening functions.

Zambezi Room : This spacious, air-conditioned Zambezi Room is ideally suited for conferences, dinners, cocktail parties, product launches, exhibitions, and seminars and when combined with the adjoining Kei Room, transforms into a venue perfect for weddings, banquets, year-end parties and other large group functions.

Kei Room :The Kei Room is ideal for small conferences and presentations, as well as out-of-the-ordinary functions with ramp access for vehicles.

Limpopo Room :The Limpopo Room is self-contained with a built -in bar, restrooms and televisions. Ideal for all types of functions, with endless options and a personal touch.
